Analysis
The Toronto route is a resumption after Qatar Airways launched the route briefly in June 2020. Yes 2020, the route didn’t last long and QR terminated it. Prior to the Toronto route Qatar had only one destination in Canada Montreal. This route remained active throughout the pandemic. I found it odd that QR didn’t fly to Canada’s largest city. Glad to see QR resuming this route.
